As an Digital Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our digital support products, engaging the Mile6 brand through client communication, spearheading support efforts across the company with consistent and regular communication. This role is crucial in delivering a high level of support to our internal and external stakeholders. You will be a front-line for receiving new or on-going requests from existing clients and triaging those for your fellow teammates. This role will report to the Senior Project Manager and will work with their manager to establish monthly, quarterly, and annual professional development goals. 

What You’ll Do:

Account Management – 30%

  • Assist Senior Project Manager and Product Owner with project coordination such as scheduling meetings, project setup and updating projects & assigning tasks
  • Facilitate and lead conversations between internal and external stakeholders around project scope, timeline, and iterations

Provide Support – 25%

  • Operate and manage the company support email account
  • Be in regular communication with support clients with relevant task related updates
  • Monthly reporting on performance of our digital support products

Provide Quality Assurance – 25%

  • Collaborate (in person, via phone or email) with internal design and development teams 
  • Perform user testing of programmed web and mobile applications to provide a new perspective as an end-user
  • QA test programmed website layouts based on company standards

Train and Troubleshoot – 10%

  • Adding new website content to projects that are currently in the works
  • Complete WordPress training on an as-needed basis
  • Compile instructional documentation for projects with screenshots and step-by-step instructions to complete tasks
  • Make website content updates (for clients and our own internal needs)

Represent Us With Professionalism and Personality – 10%

  • Answer the main Mile6 phone line when a direct extension isn’t used by the caller, triage calls and provide assistance when possible or transfer the caller when applicable
  • Posting to social media accounts using supplied content
  • Create email marketing campaigns using supplied content

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, product management, project management, or related departments
  • A focus on work with an attention towards uncompromising quality and attention to detail
  • Experience working in Asana or similar project management software
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly to size problems and constraints against time/scope/budget
  • Strong knowledge of the WordPress CMS (additional CMS experience a plus)
  • Ability to work in teams and individually
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong task organizational skills are required
  • Ability to work directly with clients to determine needs and communicate identified client frustrations
  • Strong knowledge of the Google Docs suite, macOS and Gmail
  • Ability to perform advanced content editing within WordPress and WooCommerce

What We Offer:

  • This is a full-time position with a negotiable yearly pay between $45,000 – $60,000 which will be based on previous experience
