The Client Success Manager will be responsible for analysis, ideation, and relationships with our clients and their products. This role is highlighted by the vast opportunity to explore industries and align strategies to effectively grow audiences and create sticky behavior for our clients’ digital products. As Mile6 continues to grow at a rapid pace, this team member will play a critical role in helping us improve processes and develop strategies to enhance our client support. You will be the point person on delivering engaging and profitable interactions from kickoff to project wrap (and next product steps). Sharing and learning is the responsibility of every member of the team. This role will report to the Vice President of Growth and will work with their manager to establish monthly, quarterly, and annual professional development goals.

  • You have consulting experience at a digital agency or management consultancy
  • You are driven by executing strategy and understanding the “why” behind product decisions and user experiences

  • Possess website, mobile, and emerging technology industry knowledge

  • When you face critique or disagreement around projects, you are able to respectfully defend your position, able to see perspectives outside of your own, and able to accept the resolution
  • You’re a conceptual thinker that can translate customer needs, behaviors, and project requirements into next steps
  • You are no stranger to keeping meticulous notes and making them actionable
  • Task management and order guide your days and weeks (previous Agile Scrum experience is a huge plus)

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Clients and Mile6 teammates to create and implement effective product strategies for websites and applications
  • Analyze UX reports and research (heatmaps, user recordings, GA demographic analysis, etc.) to better understand business opportunities Mile6 can present to our clients
  • You’ll be pivotal in creating the foundation for consultative services around our digital product offerings
  • Set and adapt vision and strategy for client web products
  • Tell compelling and inspiring stories through artfully crafted presentations outlining the research, vision, and specific recommendations balanced with technical reality and an eye toward business results
  • Test and iterate concepts and ideas with key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Collaborate with Mile6 teams (growth, dev, operations, design, etc) to align the most effective deliverables by the processes to hit our client’s goals
  • Partner with leadership at Mile6 to develop proposals, provide estimations, and prepare pitches
  • Lead ideation exercises and drive creative problem solving with clients
  • Be the primary agent to encourage clients to keep timelines and understand project scopes to hit milestones and goals on time and within budget
  • Position yourself as liaison between current accounts and the future of their business through deep relationship building and creative but realistic problem solving
  • Be an integral part of our emphasis on inclusive and accessible digital products for all
  • Proficiency in tools similar to these is preferred: Google Analytics, SEMRush, WordPress, Google Workspace, Asana (Trello, Monday), Hotjar (Crazyegg), CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot)

In order to be successful in this position we’re looking for a career-minded individual that is driven by new challenges with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing accounts, digital product consulting, or customer facing user experience strategist.

How You’ll be Compensated

  • This is a full-time position with a yearly base salary between $65,000 – $70,000
  • Additional compensation available by commission when clients pursue expanding their commitment through your guidance
  • Remote, up to 10% travel may be required
